4. Marketplace Use Users may sell goods or services through the Platform. ORS is not responsible for transactions between users and makes no guarantees about products or services offered.
5. Subscription & Payment Certain features may be available through paid subscriptions. Prices and terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers and subject to their terms.
6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your in-app settings or by contacting support.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ORS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
